Overview

Morocco offers the most dramatic terrain accessible from Europe. The High Atlas mountains rise to 4,167m, the Saharan pistes stretch for hundreds of kilometres, and ancient kasbahs provide shelter in the most remote valleys. The Atlas Mountain Race has created a well-documented route network that independent riders can follow.

High Atlas passes, Saharan pistes, and ancient medina alleyways. The Atlas Mountain Race has put Morocco firmly on the world bikepacking map.
